News from the Foundation
ERAMORE has a new name: EURAXESS. More than 30 European countries now participate in the Europe-wide information and advice network for internationally mobile researchers interested in spending time researching in Europe. They have agreed on a uniform internet presence and coordinated the topics on which they offer advice, such as using EURAXESS to view Europe-wide job vacancies and to make contact with European academics working in countries outside Europe.
In its role as national coordination point in the EURAXESS network, the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation is the first port of call for internationally mobile researchers, providing onestop advice and support: for academics coming to Germany on research, for those leaving Germany to go abroad or for those returning to Germany after a research stay abroad.
